Job summary

This is a full-time salaried leadership position located at our Scripps Memorial campus in Encinitas. Must be available to work an Evening shift (start time will be dependent upon the department's need) and varied schedule including weekends.

The Environmental Services Supervisor provides oversight of cleanliness, project management, and motivates the team to offer superior health services in a caring environment. As the Supervisor you will make a positive, measurable difference in the health of individuals in the communities by leading a team that serves, by going above and beyond for our patients. You will also ensure all cleaning processes are being followed and perform quality control by efficiently training staff
