Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to direct and supervise night-shift staff, ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming hospital environment in the South Basement area. You will model adherence to hospital policies and procedures while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include supervising team performance, coordinating daily cleaning operations, and promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.

Formación

• Supervisory experience in a healthcare or facilities setting.
• Experience in housekeeping within a hospital environment.

Description

Provides direction and supervision to employees within area of responsibility to insure adherence to hospital policies and procedures in order to provide a safe, clean and attractive environment. Position requires a minimum level of supervision.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
