Medical City Decatur in Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee daily EVS and linen operations, schedule staff, support hiring, and ensure quality service for a clean and safe patient environment.
You will lead staffing, monitor productivity, manage supplies within budget, and coach staff to meet service standards. This role requires no travel and contributes to a compassionate, patient-centered hospital experience.

As an Environmental Services Supervisor you will oversee the daily operations of the environmental services and linen departments, ensure that work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Position may include, but is not limited to scheduling, employee relations, hiring, ordering supplies and quality assurance. Actively participates in duties as related to patient needs and functioning of the hospital environment. Performs other job duties as assigned.
