PVH Potomac Valley Hospital in West Virginia is seeking a Facilities Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day duties for the facilities engineering team. You will schedule routine maintenance, oversee projects, and ensure compliance with Environment of Care standards.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience, plus five years in plant operations. You will supervise technicians, monitor HVAC and building systems, and contribute to safety and efficiency initiatives.
Supervises the day-to-day team operations including routine and preventive maintenance scheduling.
Bachelor’s Degree or four years’ experience in plant operations, maintenance, mechanics or the building trades.
Valid Driver’s License.Must be maintained during employment period.
EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) years’ experience in plant operations, maintenance, mechanics or the building trades.
Formal training beyond high school (i.e., technical school, apprenticeship, or college).
EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) years’ experience in plant operations, maintenance, or the building trades, preferably in an acute health care environment.
