Job summary

Alaskajobs is seeking an Employee Housing Supervisor in Alaska to lead the housekeeping team within employee housing and ensure a welcoming and safe environment for staff staying at the summer accommodations.

You will manage housekeeping operations, uphold safety standards, and assist employees throughout their housing experience, enabling them to finish their workday and enjoy Alaska's adventures.

The Employee Housing Supervisor sets the tone for each and every employee that checks into housing. You ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience at their summer home-away-from-home. You will be overseeing the housekeeping department while supporting the safety standards and assisting employees as needed. The Housekeeping team is made up of a diverse group of inspiring and passionate individuals who have fun working together on a daily basis.
