HAP Alaska Yukon is seeking an Employee Housing Supervisor to set the tone for housing operations, ensuring a pleasant and safe stay for staff at the summer home-away-from-home. You will oversee the housekeeping team and coordinate service quality to support daily workforce needs.

In this role you will uphold safety standards, assist employees as needed, and foster a positive, collaborative culture that embraces Alaska's spirit of adventure and community involvement.

The Employee Housing Supervisor sets the tone for each and every employee that checks into housing. You ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience at their summer home-away-from-home. You will be overseeing the housekeeping department while supporting the safety standards and assisting employees as needed. The Housekeeping team is made up of a diverse group of inspiring and passionate individuals who have fun working together on a daily basis. Finish your day in the afternoon and get out to adventure in the magic of Alaska.
