The Launch Processes and Standardized Work Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of electrical manufacturing processes across global operations. This role ensures flawless execution during launch phases, upholds world-class standards, and champions electrical first-time quality. By leading launch readiness and execution, the Supervisor directly supports strategic growth and operational excellence.
The Launch Processes and Standardized Work Supervisor is a critical driver of successful electrical manufacturing launches across global operations. This role is instrumental in ensuring launch readiness and flawless implementation, while upholding world-class standards and promoting Electrical First Time Quality (EFTQ). Through strategic oversight and operational excellence, the supervisor directly contributes to the organization’s growth and operational excellence.
This role delivers a critical impact by leading a team in establishing robust standards and processes through comprehensive launch plans, driving supplier accountability for product quality, while collaborating cross‑functionally provided and to improve test builds and move left, laying a solid foundation that will protect the customers. This role also manages a team of electrical subject matter experts (SME's) that provide onsite support at every plant in North America based on needs. This ensures consistent application of best practices in electrical standards, wiring, connectors, and testing throughout the launch process.
Work Arrangement - Onsite
The successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Tech Center on a full-time basis. This role requires a minimum of 50% travel. Travel will be primarily domestic with occasional international travel.
