Job summary

Team Fishel is hiring a Supervisor for electrical distribution projects in the Chesterfield, VA area. The role focuses on managing field crews and project execution for distribution construction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervision experience, familiarity with directional boring, and strong contracting/ accounting insight, plus solid MS Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

Team Fishel , the Best Choice in Utility Construction, is hiring a Supervisor for our Chesterfield, VA location. This position will focus on electrical distribution construction projects in the Chesterfield / Powhatan / Petersburg area.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience supervising electrical distribution construction projects
• Familiarity with directional boring
• A working understanding of contracting and accounting practices
• Demonstrated ability to keep crews on schedule
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Starting pay $80,000 - $100,00 / annual depending on experience.
