Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction since 1936, is hiring a Project Manager – Electrical Distribution for projects in the greater Richmond / Henrico, VA area. The Project Manager manages and directs electric distribution projects in both underground and overhead applications. The successful candidate will direct multiple project teams (consisting of full-time teammates and subcontractors) and manage the total project scope from conception to final completion.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management, construction crews, and customers
• Demonstrated experience in planning and managing overhead and underground electrical construction projects
• Ability to manage, report, and prioritize multiple utility construction projects
• Ability to represent the project and Team Fishel in public forums and planning sessions
• Strong team‑building skills
• Negotiating skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation abilities
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools
