Job summary

Framatome North America in the United States is seeking a senior electrical engineer with leadership in industrial automation to guide multi-discipline teams in Richland, WA. You will oversee design, installation, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems for critical nuclear facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Minimum of 7 years related technical experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.

What You’ll Do Day-To-Day

Preferred Skills

• Leadership experience supervising direct reports across multi-discipline work groups of engineers and technical specialists. Disciplines may include mechanical, chemical, electrical, and instrumentation & control.
• Advanced knowledge of related engineering and technical standards, techniques, and criteria; demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates, other work groups, and suppliers
• 10+ years in an electrical engineering and experience in industrial automation, instrumentation and controls. Preferred skills include design/program of PLCs (Allen Bradley), Oversee of field work including new installations, integration into existing systems, and troubleshooting.
• Strong management capabilities; ability to identify and grow talent, build a sense of community within a team, and improve the output of other engineer
• Experience in overseeing instrumentation calibration programs

Total Rewards Package

• Salary: $126,000 - $171,000and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
