Approves & monitors inventory for cost effectiveness. 10. Promotes positive patient satisfaction and address patient complaints. 11. Promotes and monitors safety, infection control and performance standards in area. 12. Completes support staff evaluations. 13. Promotes patient, physician and staff satisfaction. 14. Documents incidents or variances on appropriate forms as necessary. 15. Performs other duties as needed.
