Job summary

Pritchard Industries in Hoover, AL is hiring a Supervisor-Direct to oversee cleaning and custodial tasks at client sites. You will vacuum, mop, sweep floors, empty trash, and maintain restrooms and break rooms, while engaging with clients and handling basic account administration.

Strong reliability and a professional appearance are valued as you take initiative in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers a 40-hour workweek with shifts 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 4:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from Manager and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal, rest room and break room cleaning.
• Engage with clients and handle administrative tasks related to accounts.

In addition, you will engage with our clients, be responsible for administrative tasks related to your accounts. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
