Job summary

Pritchard Industries is hiring a Supervisor-Direct to oversee cleaning and facility upkeep across multiple accounts. You will lead cleaning tasks, interact with clients, and handle related administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a professional attitude, is initiative-taking, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Full-time hours are 7:00AM-4:00PM or 4:00PM-11:00PM, with occasional weekends and a benefits package provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from Manager and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Full-time position.
• Pay rate $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
• Hours 40 hrs/week, 7:00AM-4:00PM, or 4:00PM-11:00PM Monday- Friday with occasional weekends as needed.

We are seeking to hire a Supervisor-Direct You may be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. In addition, you will engage with our clients, be responsible for administrative tasks related to your accounts. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
