Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC is seeking a dedicated Supervisor-Direct to oversee cleaning operations across client sites. You'll supervise janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal, and restroom and break room upkeep, while engaging with clients to ensure service quality.

The role is full-time with hours Monday–Friday and occasional weekends, offers health benefits, 401K, and opportunities for growth. Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from Manager and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

• Pay rate $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal, restroom and break room cleaning.
• Engage with clients and handle administrative tasks related to accounts.
• Maintain buildings in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.
• Hours 40 hrs/week, 7:00AM-4:00PM, or 4:00PM-11:00PM, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends.

We are seeking to hire a Supervisor-Direct You may be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. In addition, you will engage with our clients, be responsible for administrative tasks related to your accounts. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
