Qualifications

• Current Asbestos Supervisor Card (Washington State).
• Proven experience supervising asbestos abatement projects.
• Strong knowledge of Washington State asbestos regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and abatement documents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct asbestos abatement crews on residential and commercial job sites.
• Ensure all work complies with federal, state, and local asbestos regulations (EPA, OSHA, L&I).
• Conduct site inspections and monitor air quality and containment integrity throughout abatement projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, daily logs, and chain-of-custody records.
• Train and mentor abatement workers on PPE usage, work practices, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Oversee proper waste disposal and transportation of asbestos-containing materials (ACM).
