You will supervise crews, ensure regulatory compliance (EPA, OSHA, L&I), inspect sites, document progress, and mentor workers on PPE and safety practices. A valid WA license and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Asbestos Supervisor Card (Washington State) required.
• Proven field experience supervising asbestos abatement projects.
• Strong knowledge of Washington State asbestos regulations; able to read plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise asbestos abatement crews on residential and commercial sites.
• Ensure work complies with EPA, OSHA, and L&I regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor air quality and containment.

This is a critical leadership role for a certified professional ready to oversee safe, compliant asbestos abatement operations. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct asbestos abatement crews on residential and commercial job sites
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with federal, state, and local asbestos regulations (EPA, OSHA, L&I)
• Conduct site inspections and monitor air quality and containment integrity throughout abatement projects
• Maintain accurate project documentation, daily logs, and chain-of-custody records
• Train and mentor abatement workers on proper PPE usage, work practices, and safety protocols
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion
• Oversee proper waste disposal and transportation of asbestos-containing materials (ACM)

Requirements:

• Current, valid Asbestos Supervisor Card (Washington State required)
• Proven experience supervising asbestos abatement projects in the field
• Strong knowledge of Washington State asbestos regulations
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and abatement documents
• Current OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
