Cahaba Center for Mental Health in Selma, Alabama is seeking a full-time residential supervisor to support DD group homes. The role combines hands-on care with administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will oversee home managers, handle records, and coordinate program tasks while maintaining compliance and quality of life for residents. Qualifications include an Associate's Degree or LPN, or at least 3 years of DD experience, and a valid Alabama driver's license; MAS training

• Associate's Degree or LPN, or 3+ years of DD experience.
• Valid Alabama driver's license.
• Must complete MAS training (provided by Cahaba Center).

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day administrative and program tasks for the homes.
• Provide direct care to the residents.
• Supervise and schedule all group home managers for DD Group Homes I and II.
• Complete residential records and program-related paperwork and electronic files.
• Perform other related duties as necessary or required.
