Safety-Kleen in El Dorado, AR is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, optimize inventory, and ensure safe, compliant processes in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires forklift experience, strong communication, and the ability to train staff; you will conduct weekly safety meetings, perform cycle counts, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and warehouse environment experience.

• Initiate all inventory counts: Year end full physical count and cycle counts (weekly) and troubleshoot any inventory discrepancies.
• Develop and cross train staff.
• Organize daily toolbox meetings.
• Run weekly safety meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and acting in a safe manner always.

• Must have fork lift experience - as the supervisor will regularly be on the fork truck.
