Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation of the custom jersey station and ensure outstanding guest service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver personalized shopping experiences.
• Assist fans with jersey customization including names, numbers, patches, and designs.
• Operate heat press and customization equipment safely and to quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and presentation before delivery.
• Manage production queues during high-volume events while maintaining quality.
• Monitor inventory of blank jerseys, lettering, numbering, patches, and supplies.
• Coordinate with merchandising and inventory teams to replenish stock.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and provide effective solutions.
• Train new associates on techniques, equipment, and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support store opening/closing, cash handling, and other supervisory duties.
• Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities to increase customization sales.

The Retail Supervisor – Custom Jersey is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the custom jersey station, ensuring every fan receives a personalized, high-quality product and exceptional customer service. This role leads a team of associates, manages jersey customization production, maintains quality standards, and creates memorable fan experiences while driving sales and operational excellence.

• Operate and oversee heat press and customization equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and presentation before delivery to guests.
• Manage production queues during high-volume events, maintaining speed without compromising quality.
• Monitor inventory levels of blank jerseys, lettering, numbering, patches, and customization supplies.
• Coordinate with merchandising and inventory teams to replenish stock and minimize downtime.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
• Train new associates on customization techniques, equipment operation, customer engagement, and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support store opening, closing, cash handling, and other supervisory responsibilities as assigned.
• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to increase customization sales through fan engagement and upselling.
