Job summary

Compass Group USA, through Levy, seeks reliable hospitality staff to oversee daily food service operations in Chicago venues. The role focuses on inventory, staffing, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards to deliver high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Monitors inventory to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.
• Ensures staff are on task, QA standards are met, and the area is organized.
• Monitors marketing and ensures signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
