Job summary

APC Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Supervisor / Crew Lead to direct field crews on transformer installation, maintenance, repair, and related electrical construction activities. You will coordinate daily manpower, equipment, materials, and work activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project plans and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading electrical, transformer, or industrial construction crews.
• Experience with transformer installation, maintenance, repair, or testing.
• Knowledge of transformer assembly, re-gasketing, and component replacement.
• Familiarity with oil processing, vacuum fills, and dry-out procedures.
• Experience with electrical testing such as TTR, resistance, and power factor.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in the field and travel as required.
• Commitment to working safely and leading by example.

This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with transformer experience who can effectively lead field crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

What We're Looking For

• Commitment to working safely and leading by example.
• $175/day when you purchase your own lodging
• $55/day when APC provides lodging
