Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to assist the leadership team in daily quick service operations. You will help manage labor, run the floor, train staff, and handle inventory with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a QSR setting, strong communication skills, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervising/management experience within a QSR/Fast Food setting.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Operating knowledge of food management systems.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the concession venue’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs for all food and beverage outlets within the Resort
• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of associates and creating a positive, productive working environment
• Continually strive to develop, coach, and train staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a C oncessions Supervisor . In this role, you willbe responsible forassistingthe leadership team in daily quick service/concessions operations.
