Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3+ years inside sales experience.
• 1-2+ years supervisory experience, preferably in inside sales or call centers.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong customer relations and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Spectrum products and services.
