JCPenney in Colorado is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team, drive sales, and maintain store standards. You will engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and lead by example on the sales floor while handling POS transactions during shifts and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

The ideal candidate brings supervisory experience in a high-volume apparel environment, a competitive spirit, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
