UCHealth is seeking a Supervisor for the UCHlth Professional Coding team. The role oversees daily staff activities, directs training, and ensures quality compliance in a fast-paced coding environment. • Pay: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is 100% remote. Eligible out-of-state candidates may be considered.

Summary

• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements

• High School diploma GED.


• Coding-related certification from AHIMA or AAPC.


• 2 years of relevant experience. Preferred: 2 years of supervisory experience.
