Hispanic Family Counseling, Inc. (HFC) is seeking a fully licensed, bilingual Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to join our growing behavioral health team in Orlando, FL.

The supervisor will provide leadership and clinical supervision to clinicians and interns, oversee documentation and quality of care, and support regulatory compliance. The role includes crisis management support, staff development, and maintaining a small clinical caseload while promoting a collaborative, culturally responsive

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Florida license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong clinical and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of behavioral health, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, treatment planning, HIPAA, and clinical documentation.
• Experience with diverse populations and community mental health preferred.
