Baptist Health in Miami, FL, seeks a Clinical Research Supervisor to oversee clinical research staff and support the Research Manager, Director, and Principal Investigator across designated projects.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, accuracy in regulatory paperwork, and the ability to collaborate with physicians, sponsors, and departments. English/Spanish bilingualism is preferred, with travel across BHSF entities weekly.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s preferred in health-related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Background in research methodology is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic capture platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/protocols with various departments and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supervision of clinical research staff and support the Research Manager/Director and Principal Investigator.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for each protocol and complete required paperwork.
• Coordinate with physicians, patients, sponsors, and departments with service excellence.
• Support enrollment of patients in research protocols according to regulatory requirements.
• Travel throughout Baptist Health System entities as needed.

Description:

The Clinical Research Supervisor over sees daily supervision of clinical research staff and provides support to Research Manager / Director and Principal Investigator of designated research projects. He/she performs those functions required by the research protocols with attention to participant safety and ensures that all requirements of the research protocol are met. He/she assures compliance with regulatory standards for each protocol. Must be able to complete detailed paperwork in strict accordance with regulatory requirements and deal with physicians, patients, sponsors and other departments in a service excellence manner.Estimated salary range for this position is $85068.24 - $110588.71 / year depending on experience.

• ACRP Certified Clinical Research Coordinator.

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in health related field preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Background in research methodology, a plus.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Electronic Capture Platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/protocols systematically with multiple departments, physicians and research coordinators.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and team-building skills are required.
• Must be able to work in high-stress, high volume area and multi-task to ensure enrollment of patients in research protocols according to regulatory requirements.
