Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $34.97 - $45.46 / hour
While performing all aspects of their job in their related field, the Clinical Coordination Supervisor is also responsible for the scheduling, supervision, training and development of the Case Managers, controlling workflow and facilitating smooth operational functioning. Assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates options and services to meet an individual's health needs throughout the continuum in various settings through communication of available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes. Demonstrates effective judgment and problem resolution by recognizing problems, objectively evaluating facts, and reaching sound judgment.
Ongoing efforts to obtain Bachelor's Degree.
Currently licensed as an RN in the state of Florida. Requires Case Management Certification, including CCM, ACM, or NACCM after 3 years of employment (time exception provided for unsuccessful attempts).
