Providence CA Eureka is seeking a leadership professional to oversee front office operations at the Harris Clinic in Eureka. You will collaborate with the Medical Office Manager/Administrator and the Chief of Staff to ensure appropriate access and delivery of care, and you will serve as a liaison among staff, physicians, health plans and the administrative team.

The role emphasizes staffing, policy delivery and adherence, with full-time day shifts.

• 3 years experience in a medical office setting.

Required Qualifications

• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• 3 years experience in a medical office setting, OR
• Supervisory/managerial experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree From an accredited institution.
• Experience in the interpretation, implementation, and development operational policies and procedures.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
