What you are accountable for:

The Senior Manager / Supervisor, Client Services, is key to managing daily client relationships and driving commercial growth within a business unit or portfolio. This role works closely with the Director, Client Services, demonstrating strong business acumen, B2B marketing expertise, solution orientation, and excellent communication skills.

What you are responsible for:

  1. Providing superior customer service while maximizing business opportunities, growth, and efficiency.
  2. Understanding client compensation structures and implications of plan changes.
  3. Providing clients with regular updates on project progress against KPIs.
  4. Mentoring junior team members.
  5. Ensuring all teams are well-briefed across integrated service offerings.
  6. Scoping project briefs and collaborating with teams to deliver creative and media initiatives.
  7. Incorporating agency tools into planning and facilitating workshops.
  8. Staying updated on industry trends and sharing knowledge.
  9. Fostering innovation, driving revenue, and delivering excellence within the client services team.
  10. Managing client profitability, resource allocation, and reporting revenue figures.
  11. Maintaining accurate revenue projections, monitoring project financial health, and reporting profitability with recommendations for efficiency.
  12. Providing client knowledge to assist in forecasting new business opportunities and aligning resources with financial goals.

  • 5+ years in client management/sales within agencies or digital B2B marketing environments.
  • Interest and experience in the technology sector.
  • 5+ years working with creative studios, content, and demand programs for B2B.
  • Experience in cross-channel marketing programs, including ABM and media, focused on converting activities into sales opportunities.
