Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling, work assignments, and performance monitoring for team members
  • Oversee data entry, filing, record management, and document processing to maintain accurate and organized records
  • Implement and maintain clerical procedures and systems to optimize workflow efficiency
  • Train and mentor clerical staff on office procedures, software systems, and best practices
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and resources within budget parameters
  • Communicate with other departments to coordinate support services and resolve operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, documentation standards, and confidentiality requirements
  • Prepare reports on clerical operations, team performance, and process improvements
  • Handle escalated issues and provide support to resolve administrative challenges
  • Customize and improve clerical processes to enhance efficiency and reduce redundancies
