OHM Concession Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Chick-fil-A Supervisor at Albany International Airport. You will lead either Front of House or Back of House operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service, hospitality, and adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced airport environment.

You should have prior managerial experience (Chick-fil-A leadership preferred) and an active ServSafe certification, with AM or PM availability Mon-Sat and Sundays off.

Pay: $22 - $24 per hour

As a Full Time Supervisor, you will lead either Front of House (FOH) or Back of House (BOH) operations during your shift alongside another leader. To succeed here, you need a relentlessly positive attitude, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to guide your team under pressure. You’ll be responsible for running a smooth shift, driving genuine hospitality, enforcing strict food safety standards, and ensuring the team prepares fresh, quality food that keeps travelers satisfied and moving.

What You’ll Do:

• Team Leadership: Direct the crew, delegate tasks, and ensure seamless coordination between the register and the kitchen during heavy airport rushes.
• Guest Service (FOH): Lead by example in greeting travelers, delivering our signature "My Pleasure!" hospitality, and handling any guest expectations.
• Prep & Execute (BOH): Oversee and assist in food preparation. Enforce top-tier quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Safety: Act as the shift expert on all food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation guidelines.
• Keep It Clean: Ensure the restaurant space is clean and organized.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous managerial experience or prior Chick-fil-A leadership experience is required.
• Certification: An active ServSafe certification is required.
• Shift Availability: We are hiring for AM (beginning at 3am) and for PM (beginning at noon). Must be available Monday-Saturday, guaranteed every Sunday off.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work on your feet for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25+ pounds.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Security Clearance: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a pre-employment background check to obtain an airport security badge.
