• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of skilled technicians, promoting a culture of accountability, growth, and compassion.
• Serve as a key resource for clinical teams, solving issues, answering questions, and ensuring service excellence.
• Partner with the manager to maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Drive performance improvement and help spread best practices across the department and hospital.
• Champion education and development by coordinating internal and external training opportunities.
• Lead initiatives that promote diversity, team wellness, and a positive work culture.
• Participate in staff evaluations, scheduling, and strategic planning for departmental success.
• Share knowledge through presentations, posters, and innovation efforts.
