Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan and coordinate daily operations of Schedulers, Patient Access Services and Insurance Verification.
• Train and develop new employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage staff schedules and provide coverage as needed.
• Troubleshoot workflow deficiencies and inform management of status changes.
• Ensure timely insurance verifications to prevent denials and monitor department metrics.
