Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting field inspections to ensure work quality.
2. Overseeing CCC scheduled appointments to address court cases, violations, work tickets, fire jobs, and move outs promptly.
3. Ordering materials, tools, and equipment; analyzing data; preparing reports.
4. Monitoring staff and performing quality control inspections.
5. Reviewing blueprints and attending pre-bid and pre-design meetings.
6. Inspecting contractor work and reviewing CCC schedules.
7. Estimating job requirements from plans and performing field surveys.
8. Dispatching Carpenters to daily assignments and emergencies.
9. Conducting interviews for new hires.

Minimum qualifications:

• Seven (7) years of recent, full-time paid experience as a carpenter, with at least two (2) years in supervisory duties; or
• An equivalent satisfactory experience or qualification.
