Job summary

Centene is seeking a Supervisor of Care Management to oversee the care management team and coordinate care for behavioral health members, ensuring quality and efficacy in service delivery. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician with strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing required.
• 4+ years of related experience required.
• One of the following licenses required: LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or RN with behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review care management documentation for compliance with regulations.
• Assign caseloads to care management staff based on requirements and member needs.
• Work with senior management on escalated and complex care cases.
• Educate and provide resources for the care management team on key initiatives.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback on goals and milestones.
• Provide coaching and guidance to ensure high-quality member care.
• Monitor reports to ensure quality and productivity metrics are met.
• Assist with onboarding, hiring, and training of team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
