Job summary

Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Supervisor, Care Coordination to lead daily operations, coordinate work, quality and service, and provide clinical oversight to the Managed Care Coordination team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology, LCSW license, 3 years case management, 5 years acute care, and 1 year working with vulnerable populations; prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Overview

Education

Certification/Licensure

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker License (Required)


• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) (Preferred)


• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) (Preferred)

Experience

• 3 years Case Management experience (Required)


• 5 years Acute Care experience (Required)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $97,843.20 - $152,006.40 annually.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
