Providence is seeking a Cardiovascular Lab Supervisor in Spokane to lead the Cardiovascular Lab team under the Department Manager. You will plan and organize procedures, guide staff, and promote teamwork and compassionate care for both staff and patients.

Minimum qualifications include multiple licensure and national certifications, 5 years Cath Lab experience, and a commitment to safety and excellence in patient care within the Providence health system.

Formación

• Accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology, or 5 years equivalent experience.
• Washington Radiologic Technologist license upon hire.
• Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification upon hire.
• CCI Cardiovascular Credentialing International certification upon hire.
• ARDMS National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer upon hire.
• ARRT Certification upon hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
• American Heart Association ACLS certification upon hire.
• 5 years Cath Lab experience.

Description

Under the leadership of the Department Manager, the Cardiovascular Supervisor will plan, lead, organize and control the activities, procedures and staff in the Cardiovascular Lab unit. The supervisor will foster effective working relationships through teamwork, interpersonal communications, care compassion, concern for both staff and public.

Required Qualifications:

• Accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology, or 5 years equivalent experience
• Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist, or
• Upon hire: Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification
• Upon hire: National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International, or
• Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or
• Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
• 5 years Cath Lab experience

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
