St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center seeks a Supervisor of Cardiac Cath Lab to lead invasive and non-invasive cardiology operations. You will partner with leadership to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and financial stewardship, while upholding service excellence across the Heart Hospital of Austin network.

The Supervisor of Invasive/Non-Invasive Cardiology is responsible for Cath Lab department. The supervisor is responsible for the operations of the department and provides support to the manager to ensure efficient operations and clinical leadership within scope of practice. The supervisor is responsible for financial success of the department and ensuring customer satisfaction goals are met. The Supervisor Cath Lab practices in accordance with organizational medical staff directives, philosophy, goals, and objectives of the Cardiovascular Department and the Heart Hospital of Austin at Round Rock Medical Center and Georgetown Hospital. Participates in providing patient specific care standards as directed and follows service excellence standards to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
