The Café Supervisor oversees front-of-house operations, ensuring consistent execution of food service standards and staff performance. This role includes direct supervision of Zone Supervisors and FOH staff, with responsibility for staffing, training, safety compliance, and quality assurance. The Supervisor exercises independent judgment in daily operations and supports strategic planning and continuous improvement.
