ServiceSource is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to interpret, build upon, and comply with quality standards across all service lines. You will document QA activities, develop testing protocols, and identify training needs to ensure companywide compliance.
Responsibilities include surveillance planning, contract oversight, corrective actions, and maintaining document control via SharePoint. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required, with training delivered across staff to uphold standards.

Interpret, build upon, and comply with ServiceSource quality assurance standards. Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits. Develop improved standards for production and design, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines. Identify training needs and take action to ensure companywide compliance.
