Job summary

ServiceSource, Inc. is seeking reliable team members to provide exceptional dining services to our military community at Fort Bragg. Earn $18.47 per hour with employer-paid medical insurance through the Health & Welfare benefit.

No food service experience is required, and shifts run 7:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m.–8:00 p.m., seven days a week. Under supervision, you will perform dishwashing, table service, and general cleaning duties, with emphasis on safety, sanitation, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No previous food service experience required.
• Must pass a military installation background check.

Responsibilities

• Replace glassware, dishes, and silverware and refill condiments; wipe and wash tables and countertops.
• Clean work area, utensils, and equipment; remove garbage; mop floors, walls, windows, and tables.
• Use chemical solutions and operate dishwashing machine; wash glassware, pots, pans, and utensils by hand.

Job Summary

Work under the direction of the Supervisor - Cafeteria Zone. Work under general supervision and follow prescribed steps after receiving instructions as how to do the work. Supervisor - Cafeteria Zone observes the work to determine whether it is performed properly.

Primary Duties

• Clean work area, utensils, and equipment; remove garbage; mop floors, walls, windows, and tables
• Use chemical solutions and operate electric dish washing machine and or wash glassware, pots and pans and kitchen utensils by hand
• Assist in areas as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain in a sanitary condition- equipment and work areas, utensils, and tables
• Perform a wide variety of manual tasks in kitchen or dining area of a food activities, which involves light to moderate physical effort and is done according to established procedures
• Perform ware-washing, and keep pot and pan areas in order prior to, during and after meals
• Notify supervisor immediately of malfunctioning, inoperative, unsafe, or hazardous equipment cleaned or used

Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)

• High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) preferred
• No previous food service experience is required
• Must pass a military installation background check required
