• Coordinate the timely completion of financial statements, corporate and individual tax return support, close-out packages, and pension-related accounting.
• Assist with loan and financing packages, including compiling financial information for lenders.
• Identify and resolve complex accounting issues, non-routine transactions, and engagement challenges.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of Account Managers and support staff.
• Maintain proactive communication with partners regarding client matters, risks, and opportunities.

MGO is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Business Management team in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for a seasoned business management professional who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys leading teams, and serves as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, executives, entrepreneurs, and entertainment industry professionals.

Our Business Management practice provides accounting, financial management, tax coordination, and advisory services to clients across the Entertainment, Sports, and Media (ESM) industry. As a Supervisor, you will oversee the financial operations of a portfolio of clients, manage complex accounting matters, and supervise Account Managers while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
