Park Place Behavioral Health Care, a long-standing provider of behavioral health services, is seeking a Lead Behavior Technician/ Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the inpatient and crisis units. You will supervise staff, support crisis management, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in program development to improve client independence.
The role requires a 24/7 availability, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and electronic health records.

Responsible for ensuring high quality of care for all individuals in the program and for assisting individuals to increase their independence and overall behavioral status. Provide leadership and direction for Behavior Techs in the Access Inpatient, Adult and Children Crisis Unit (CSU/CCSU), Detox, Res 1, 2, 4, and oversee daily tasks.
