Q2 Management Inc is seeking a results-driven supervisor for Volvo project oversight. You will lead and train Quality Associates, validate performance, and ensure adherence to ISO standards across multiple shifts and locations.

The role requires strong communication, conflict resolution, and a commitment to customer service, with a focus on safe, inclusive teams and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Actively train and Empower Quality Associates to effectively perform daily project tasks
• Perform validations on team members in accordance with our six validation methods on a specified cadence throughout each shift
• Encourage decision-making, guide team members, and validate outcomes
• Uphold the highest ethical standards, promoting a culture of Honesty, integrity and trustworthiness
• Address conflicts and performance issues promptly and professionally, encouraging Transparent communication and resolution
• Perform and assist with customer investigations and develop solutions through continuous improvement methodology
• Demonstrate Care through quality service and clear communications to customer

This role is accountable for both customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness at Volvo. Supervisors accept Ownership of and responsibility for the overall success of every project assigned, from start to finish, and across every shift. As a central point of contact, you will develop a strong professional relationship with our customers.
