Working in collaboration with the Director, Ambulatory Operations, the Supervisor, Ambulatory Operations position strategically leads and monitors the daily operations, optimization efforts, transformational projects, clinic design, space allocation, staffing models and development, performance improvement, business plans, patient experience, clinician relations, care coordination, and other responsibilities for assigned small or micro-sized hospital-based or community-based ambulatory sites. Exemplifies behaviors reflecting Service Excellence and supports the Strategic Dimensions by modeling the Core Success Factors as described in the Performance Review.
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred. Minimum of 3 years healthcare supervisory and operations experience, preferably in ambulatory settings. YNHHS employees may substitute 3 years of internal clinical/office experience.
Skills: Excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), knowledge of healthcare industry, multitasking ability, and capability to interact with all management levels and staff.
