Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health is seeking an experienced nurse leader to manage a patient care area, oversee staff, and align operations with organizational goals. The role includes supervising day-to-day patient care delivery, coordinating activities, and driving performance improvement.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of nursing experience with 1 year in management, plus leadership in problem-solving initiatives. Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred. RN licensure is required as a minimum.
