The Supervisor is responsible for developing and promoting a variety of activities that include internal and external opportunities for socialization across the religious and ethnic backgrounds of the facility/agency's clients. Oversight and direction of the activities and volunteer program must be focused to meet the federal and state requirements for skilled nursing facilities. The Supervisor recruits, trains, and supports volunteers. The position actively incorporates the Mission and Vision of Providence Health Systems.
