About the Position

The Supervisor position is the first level of management at Freddy’s and plays an important role in ensuring smooth shift operations. Supervisors lead by example, overseeing daily restaurant execution to maintain quality, accuracy, and hospitality standards. This role is focused on coaching and supporting Team Members, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that every guest leaves happy. With a balance of hands‑on leadership and team development, Supervisors are responsible for guiding shift efficiency, monitoring food preparation and service, and upholding Freddy’s brand standards and culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant to ensure that Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness are being followed.
• Provide exceptional guest service and set the example for team members through a positive attitude, order accuracy and hospitality.
• Prepare and serve exceptional steakburgers and custard, etc.
• Dependable in upholding attendance, policy and procedures with yourself and team members on shift. Always uphold the three pillars of quality, cleanliness and hospitality.
• Take initiative to provide great guest service by coaching and assisting team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, employee relations issues or injuries.
• Work together with your team on training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating team members. Support all coworkers with dignity and respect.
• Show a leadership attitude and willingness to train others on all shifts.
• Support strategies to ensure operations progress, sales growth, and team member retention.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
