Job summary

Securitas USA is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage security officers and ensure all post orders, rounds, and reports are completed across client sites in Fulton, MO. You will lead a team, enforce procedures, and maintain safety and security standards.

The role requires 18+ with a high school diploma, strong customer service and leadership skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Wage is $19.50 per hour for 1st & 2nd shifts, with potential for growth and pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Above average computer / technology skills needed
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
• Must have a professional demeanor
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
• Must be able to cover call offs
• Must have Supervisor experience
• Security experience preferred
• Loss prevention experience preferred
• Client relations experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers and other assigned personnel, ensuring post orders are followed and reports filed
• Coaches and disciplines personnel and documents actions
• Trains officers and reviews assignments with subordinates
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions
• Prepares, files, and submits reports as required
• Inspects posts and outlines tasks for subordinates
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service
• Supports loss prevention and customer accuracy
• Conducts guard shack access control duties
• May perform duties of a Security Officer per post orders and policy

They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

Site Supervisor - Full Time

Primary Location: Fulton, MO

Wage: $19.50/HR

What You Can Expect

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel; reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.
• In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
• Support loss prevention and customer accuracy.
• Conduct guard shack access control duties.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.

Basic Requirements
